Step 1
Initial phone call
After you apply, our team reviews your application. If it’s a match, we’ll invite you to an initial phone call to learn more about your experience, goals, and what makes you tick. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other better. It’s also a great time to ask questions.
Step 2
Technical interview
This is the time to test your skills and feedback on what your undoubted strengths are. We use a GoogleMeet call for this purpose. If the need arises to elaborate on anything, we will ask you to do a little homework. After this stage, we always come back with feedback.
Step 3
Decision
If we decide that you are the one to come on board our company, we will call you and tell you the terms of the offer and arrange a time for you to make a decision. However, if we want to work with someone else, you will get feedback from us.
